1. Dr. Sunil Kodape, Officiating Principal.

            Dr. Kodape completed his  Master of Social Work (MSW) with specializations, namely Rural, Urban and Tribal Community Development. He has cleared the State Eligibility Test (SET) conducted by UGC, Pune.  He has done his M. Phil. in Social Work from the RTM Nagpur University.

             Mr. Kodape  joined this Institute in 1998 and currently is an Assistant Professor in Social Work.  Dr. Kodape has submitted doctoral research thesis to the RTM Nagpur University in the faculty of Inter Disciplinary Studies for award of Ph. D. degree.

2. Dr. Anil Anand Sargar, Associate Professor.

                                           Dr. Sargar completed his  Master of Social Work (MSW) with specializations, namely Rural, Urban and Tribal Community Development and Labour Welfare and Personnel Management. He has cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted  by the UGC, New Delhi and State Eligibility Test (SET) conducted by UGC, Pune. He has done his M. Phil. In Social Work from the RTM Nagpur University.

            Mr. Sargar joined this Institute in September, 1999 and currently is an Associate Professor in Social Work. Before joining this institute  he has worked as social scientist at Water-shade Development Project, Aheri District Gadchiroli. Mr. Sargar has submitted doctoral research thesis to the RTM Nagpur University in the faculty of Inter Disciplinary Studies for award of Ph. D. degree.

             He is associated with various professional and voluntary organizations like Samyak, Pune and Gramashri, Nagpur. He has presented several research-based papers at State and National level seminars/conferences. He has conducted a minor research project on “ Situational Analysis of Street Children in Nagpur City” sponsored by UGC. Mr. Sargar is also a member of Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of the Institute.

3. Dr. Vilas Ghode, Associate Professor

            Dr. Vilas Ghode completed his MSW, MA (Sociology), M.Phil, Ph.D in Social Work from Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University Nagpur. He has cleared NET and SLET in Social Work. He has done MBA in Project Management from Indian Institute of Business Management, Trivandrum.

            Currently he is working as an Associate Professor. He has more than 20 years of teaching experience. He has presented several paper in International, National and State level Seminar & Conference. He has participated International, National and State Level Seminar & Conference. He visited Bali (Indonesia) Bhutan & Nepal for educational purpose. He was awarded Best Teacher award and Best NSS Programme officer by RTM Nagpur University in 2017. He is associated with many social organizations. His area of special interest has been Health care, Psychiatric setting and community development, Women’s and Child Welfare.  Dr. Ghode is also member of Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of the Institute.

4 Dr. Seema Lobo, Assistant Professor 

                Dr. Seema Lobo joined this Institute in 2009 and is currently an Assistant Professor. She is an alumnus of MSS Institute of Social Work, Nagpur. She received her basic education from Providence Girls High School Nagpur. She graduated from Hislop College and her M.Phil (Social Work) and Doctoral Research on medical and Psychiatric Social Work from Nagpur University.

              She has 3 yrs Field experience at Indian Institute of Youth Welfare Shivaji Nagar, Nagpur and has handled  short term projects. She has worked in child Line nodal center.

               She has coordinated Seminars and Conference at State and National Level. She has presented Papers at Seminars and Workshops. She has also coordinated National and State level Seminars/Workshops. She has written number of articles in books and college seminar compendiums.

          Dr. Seema Lobo is closely associated with several voluntary Institutions such as Snehanchal Care, Sustainable Development, Nagpur. etc. She is the coordinator of Dialysis Technician Assistant Course, run by B.P National Institute of Social Work in collaboration with Nephrology Society India and affiliated to  lifelong learning  Education and Extension Services RTMNU, Nagpur    Dr. Lobo is also Coordinator of Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of the Institute.

5. Dr. Rekha Jagnale, Assistant Professor

                                          Dr. Rekha Jagnale has completed her M.A., M.Phil, Ph.D (Marathi), M.A.(Sociology) from RTM Nagpur University, Nagpur. She was awarded Ph.D  degree titled “A critical study of criticism of regional and rural literature” in the year 2004 by the RTM University Nagpur. She has a teaching experience of 20 years at both post graduate and graduate level. She has authored total 10 Books.

            She has published total 35 articles in National and International Journals & Books. She has participated in Seminars, Conference at the State level & National level. She has worked on a research project at the college level titled “Marathi Varnamalecha Badalte Swaroop.” Dr. Jagnale is also member of Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of the Institute.

6. Dr. Pawan A. Yeotkar

 Dr. Pawan A. Yeotkar has completed his M.A.,Ph.D, Set (Psychology), from SGB Amravati University, Amravati. he was awarded Ph.D  degree "Stress, Personality Type,Gender and Adjusment Among Employees with Special Reference to Amravati District" in the year 2018 by the SGB Amravati University, Amravati. He has a teaching experience of 09 years at both post graduate and graduate level. 

        He has published total nine articles in National and International Journals & Books. he has participated in Seminars, Conference at the State level & National level.

7. Dr. Pournima B. Ganthade :  Librarian

             Dr. Ganthade has joined this institute as a Librarian in the year 2009. She has total 22 years of professional experience. Before joining this institute she was associated with K.R.Pandav College of Library & Information Science, Nagpur as a Lecturer for 12 years . Dr. Ganthade has done M.A. in economics, M.Phil, B.Ed, MS-CIT, Master of Library Information Science (MLISc) and Ph.D from RTM Nagpur University. She was Awarded prestigious "Gramgeetacharya" degree by Akhil Bhartiya Gurudeo Sewa Mandal, Gurukunj Mozari.She has edited a book containing conference proceeding in 2009 and the same was published by the institute. She has contributed an article in the book titled “Tukdoji Maharajache Vichar Darshan”.  She has organized Library Science conference on behalf of the institute and published more than 30 research papers in seminar, conferences at state, national and international level. She is a member of  NUCLA and Life member of MASWE. Dr. Ganthade is also member of Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of the Institute.

Ms. Shubhangi Tule

      A Post Graduate in Master of Social Work (MSW), MA (Soci), M.Phil (S.W.) , Bachelor of Journalisum, MA (RTM Thought) from the RTM Nagpur University, Nagpur.
